Isla Medical Services, LLC an Arizona based medical billing and consulting company was formed with the understanding every medical practice is unique and should be given individualized attention. We represent a limited number of practices in order to maintain our “hands-on” approach to business. We take pride in the work we do and treat your company as our own.

We post charges, payments, follow up on A/R, submit claims electronically and file secondary’s on a daily basis. Electronic confirmations, level 1 error detection, claim tracking and easy re-bill are a few of the tools we utilize. Patient statements are generated electronically every week; the option to print a statement on demand is always available. Calls regarding statements and insurance are handled directly by us. At months end we sit down with you and review your detailed reports and answer any questions you may have. Credentialing, consulting, old A/R research and recovery, and soft training on ICD-9 and CPT codes is available as well.
